Auction Rooms cafe is an iconic Melbourne cafe that has been an industry leader since it first opened in 2008. A rare and exciting opportunity has come up, we are currently searching for an energetic and experienced Head Barista/ Bar Manager to join our team
- Minimum of one years experience as a head barista in specialty coffee
- Confident overseeing all aspects of bar operations (including rostering, ordering, stock taking, menus)
- Good level of wine, beer and cocktail knowledge
- Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience for all customers
- Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings
- Assess and train staff in all aspects of bar operations
- Lead the team during shifts
