**How will I help?**
As a Team Manager in Business Triage, you will inspire and lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Your team consists of agile and responsive Business Triage Bankers who proactively engage with 300 small business customers each week in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the servicing of SME and small business customers, including credit card servicing, business discharges, and prequalifying digital lending through website leads for both existing and new bank customers with a focus on retention. Your commitment to excellence will drive your team's success in providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

**What do I need?**
You'll lead a team with the confidence of someone who has been doing it for years (and you may have-previous business banking experience is definitely an advantage). This role requires a strong commitment to developing your team, leveraging your experience and insights to drive collective success. A solid understanding of credit policy and credit knowledge is essential, as well as sales leadership, which is highly desirable. You will ensure your team upholds service levels that advocate for our brand while effectively managing stakeholder relationships. Above all, your passion for enhancing customers' experiences-whether it's their day, week, or month-will be at the forefront of your leadership.
