The Role
You will be responsible for assisting with company travel and related entities, group travel management and general executive assistant responsibilities. Based out of the modern Sydney Olympic Park office, you will become part of a close nit team providing frontline support to the UBT across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage all staff interstate, trans-Tasman and international travel bookings
- Arrange overseas flights, hotels and transfers
- Working with Executives and EA's across each department
- Set appropriate controls in place to manage travel costs

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in Corporate Travel, including international travel, is highly regarded
- PA, EA, or reception experience is highly advantageous
- Available to be on-call after-hours when required to assist with any urgent travel issues
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Time management and problem-solving ability
