This rapidly growing company now has a newly created role for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their successful team and hit the ground running in the Australian market.

**The role**:
If you are passionate about building relationships and developing business, you will enjoy this position. This role is built around relationships, and you will be part of high performing team, responsible for growing and retaining our portfolio of dealers. You will be seeking new opportunities within our core market, managing existing clients, providing solutions and advice on products, and delivering demonstrations and product training. You will also be attending and managing exhibitions and providing insightful product demonstrations. Please note, there is travel involved in this role and it's expected that you will be out visiting clients 3 - 4 days per week.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a similar role, within a service industry
- Expertise in retaining, developing, and increasing a healthy pipeline of customers, whilst building relationships, representing the company in business development activities and generating new business
- Experience in demonstrating and products training in 1:1 and group environments
- Have a high-level understanding of solution selling and the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships
- The ability to drive effective outcomes and achieve targets and deliver superior results
