**About the role at HelloFresh**

We’re looking for a Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner, to help foster the continuous growth of HelloFresh for ANZ in Sydney. You can expect to find a team with an agile and lean mindset, that relies on data-driven decisions and is encouraged to work with autonomy to deliver high-quality junior to mid-level roles.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment Coordination - Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle

**Strengths**
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
