Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, practical and mature person to be responsible for our operations including managing our warehouse and scheduling of installations. You will be an essential member of our team who liaises between our office staff and our electricians and apprentices who are installing solar systems around greater Melbourne. Ideally you are a person with a trade background, who has previously been responsible for scheduling, purchasing, managing stock, streamlining processes and co-ordinating teams.
The role requires someone who has a high level of attention to detail, enjoys planning, takes pride in their work, is extremely professional, can work independently, has a bright and positive attitude, is reliable, motivated and practical.
The right person will work together with our existing team of six office professionals, including very closely with the Director of TCK Solar who is an industrial engineer. We are looking for a person who can communicate with a wide range of people, is comfortable working with systems, will recommend improvements and is exceptional at managing their time.
Our office and warehouse are in Coburg North, Melbourne.

**Skills and experience**

- Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Very well organised
- Efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
