Altona North, Australia Ikon Workforce Full time

Equipped with up-to-date facilities to produce furniture of small (5-10) to large (500-1000) quantities.

Supplying a diversity of tubular furniture to government departments, offices, hospitals, and education institutions.

Qualifications & experience
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding or Knowledge of GANNT Systems (advantageous)
- Strong Scheduling Experience.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- First point of contact for clients and drivers
- Supervise and schedule technicians and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts; oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing work orders and other internal documents as requested
- Purchasing and organisation of materials.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and continuous updates.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing operations/processes to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs

Positions Available for an immediate start:

- 1 x Full-time positions 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 1pm Friday.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
