As Counter Manager at MYER, you’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional client experiences while representing a brand grounded in natural skincare and holistic beauty. You’ll drive results, share your passion for botanically based products, and help clients discover radiant, healthy skin through Jurlique’s unique farm-to-skin philosophy.
- Position based at **Myer Melbourne City**
- Permanent part time position, **25 hours per week**

**About the role**:

- Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver **exceptional client experiences** and achieve sales targets
- Drive **counter performance** through effective planning, goal setting, and daily leadership
- Conduct **personalised skincare consultations** and share Jurlique’s farm-to-skin story with clients
- Ensure the counter maintains **excellent visual presentation and merchandising standards** in line with brand guidelines
- Manage **stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control** to support business needs
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships** to drive loyalty and repeat sales
- Collaborate with MYER management and Jurlique field teams to execute **promotions and brand initiatives**
- Support the team’s growth through **training, development, and ongoing coaching**
- Uphold **MYER and Jurlique policies** while fostering a positive, professional team culture
