As Counter Manager at MYER, you’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional client experiences while representing a brand grounded in natural skincare and holistic beauty. About the role
- Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets
- Drive counter performance through effective planning, goal setting, and daily leadership
- Conduct personalised skincare consultations and share Jurlique’s farm-to-skin story with clients
- Ensure the counter maintains excellent visual presentation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control to support business needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales
- Collaborate with MYER management and Jurlique field teams to execute promotions and brand initiatives
- Support the team’s growth through training, development, and ongoing coaching
- Uphold MYER and Jurlique policies while fostering a positive, professional team culture
