Our client is one of the largest distributors & suppliers of tile products throughout Australia - they are currently seeking a Permanent Trade Sales Representative with also a background in warehousing. In this role you will work closely with the branch manager and partner with new and existing customers to help them find the best solutions possible within the sites store showroom. This is a chance to expand your customer service and warehouse experience located in Mitcham Please note for this role it will be 50% Trade Counter Sales Service and 50% in the warehouse. The shift times for this role be Day Shift Tue - Fri: 6:30am - 3:30pm and Sat: 9:00am - 3:30pm

**You will be responsible for**:

- Counter-sales/customer sales representative
- Answering Phone Calls
- Quoting potential customers on the products that they are looking to purchase for themselves/their companies.
- Provide product information and recommendations, stock levels and pricing verbally
- Stocking Shelves & Showroom/general housekeeping duties
- Warehouse Storeperson/Dispatch duties
- Receiving inwards & outward goods
- Picking and packing orders accurately & promptly
- Customer deliveries in the company van when required
- Operating the counter-balance forklift in the warehouse (please note if you don't have a license you will not need to operate the forklift)
- Stocktake of Products

**About You**
- Previous Trade Retail Counter-Sales experience - this is essential for this role
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Capable of lifting to 25kgs
- General computer skills
- Comfortable being on the phone speaking with customers and existing clients
- Be available for an ongoing - 5 days a week.
- Valid Victorian Driver's license
- Have a strong knowledge of OHS procedures
- LF Forklift License - this preferred but not essential
