**Service Coordinator**

A global manufacturer of packaging machinery with a strong foothold in the FMCG market, are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator. They have been established for over 50 years and employ over 5,000 people globally. Their equipment can be found in the largest food, pharmaceutical and health care manufactures factories across Australia and the globe. You will be working in the service team which is based in Wangara.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative service support to local customers, State Service Manager and other members of the Service Department through accurate quoting and efficient scheduling of all service work including scheduled services, breakdowns, PMA's & installations.
- Manage bookings of breakdowns, installations and service visits with external stakeholders.
- Communicate with State Service Manager and Techs to assist with correct prioritisation of tasks.
- Manage the SAP/FSM planning board, booking Service Orders on the system with all the correct details and information.
- Create quotes and processes orders for Spare Parts

**Essential Skills**
- SAP (or similar ERP system) knowledge.
- At least 2-3 years administrative/scheduling experience in a high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in a technical or large service-based role will be highly regarded
- Excellent organisational, customer service skills and strong time management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and work with others in similar roles to manage a regional coordination function.
- High level of Customer Service experience.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and be well organised.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
- High attention to detail.
