We are currently an experienced Project Coordinator for a leading Steel Manufacturer within the Construction industry. As the Project Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating steel reinforcement projects from within the Civil, Residential and Commercial space. You will collaborate closely with design teams, production teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that project requirements are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your technical expertise, project management skills, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design teams and clients to review project specifications, drawings, and requirements for steel components.
- Client relationship management with Construction Project Managers including Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors for Infrastructure and Residential projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Coordinate with production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, schedule fabrication, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and issues through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve technical challenges, optimize designs, and improve project efficiency.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, management, and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; professional engineering license preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management or project delivery roles within the steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD/BIM tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies in a construction project environment.
