Lead the development in the New Category Space including Portfolio management, Communications, Campaign planning, and Performance management (effectiveness measurement & optimization) to effectively engage and integrate activities within the category.

Accountable for the strategy & drive performance to maximize business growth opportunities and maintain competitiveness against aggressive competition.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Business**
- Drive the development and refinement of category portfolio strategy, leading the identification of portfolio opportunities and ensuring competitive advantage in priority consumer segments
- Coordinate the development and execution of all annual brand plans and oversee all brand activities to ensure alignment to brand strategies as communicated by Central / Regional brand teams and corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to the NC Global Brand Governance matrix, seeking appropriate governance and oversight in line with Global portfolio positioning.
- Evaluate brand performance and activities (Annual Brand Performance Review) and develop scenarios and business cases for changes in the cycle grid.
- Champion innovation in products and processes to achieve competitive advantage.
- Drive the formulation of a robust consumer engagement strategy, including a data driven approach for consumer clustering and segmentation. Delivered by an experiment, learn and iterate approach.
- Analyzing data or insights to determine industry, category and consumer trends and ensure that it's reflected in todays and tomorrows category strategy and its deployment.
- Work closely with DRBU & EM LEX commercial team to explore all opportunities to broaden regulatory framework for sharper and more impactful activation strategy

**People**
- Ensure end markets deliver against their mission, KPI and financials by making the timely business decisions, implementing the strategies and managing goals and priorities.
- Proactively share learnings and ways of working with Global, regional and end market teams.
- Build relations with Agency partners to ensure 1. their ways of working are in-line to Sprint operating rhythm 2. first class service levels and products within agreed budgets are received.
- Strong leadership gravitas to guide and bring team through continuous stretched ambition and fast pace adaptation to evolving incremental plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $190,000.00 - $214,200.00 per year
