The Role

As
Category Manager
, you'll drive the growth of brands within your category. You'll lead strategy, shape shopper experiences, and work cross-functionally to ensure the products win — on shelf and in the hearts of consumers.

What You'll Do

Category Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement winning category strategies aligned with business and retail goals
  • Lead monthly Demand Reviews and share strategic plans

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, panel insights, and competitor actions
  • Use data to guide proactive decision-making

Revenue Growth Management

  • Lead pricing, promotion, and value strategies to grow sales and margin

Portfolio & Assortment Management

  • Collaborate on product mix and innovation
  • Optimize assortment and manage local P&Ls

Retailer Engagement & Planogram Development

  • Present category strategies to retailers
  • Create data-driven planogram solutions

Channel & Shopper Strategy

  • Optimize channel plans and trade marketing initiatives
  • Develop impactful shopper activations and POS tools

Demand Forecasting

  • Provide demand inputs to improve forecast accuracy

Who You Are

  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing or related field (Master's a plus)
  • 5+ years in Category Management, ideally within FMCG
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Nielsen/IRI, Excel, Power BI
  • Deep understanding of FMCG and shopper behaviour
