**The Company**

Our client is fast-growing company based in West Perth, and are looking for your exceptional skills as an Accounts Officer. This brilliant role is very involved and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you assist with AR and AP functions.

This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who has around 1 years' experience as an Accounts Officer or Administrator who has touched on transactional finance and is looking to develop and grow their skills.

This role is offered on a temporary to permanent opportunity, and is starting ASAP, so you must be immediately available for work.

**Please note that you must be living in Perth to be considered for this role**

**The Role**
- Full AP function - managing invoice matching/processing
- Full AR function - managing aged debtor report and chasing outstanding payments
- End of month and weekly reporting
- End of month reconciliations
- Office support including answering queries, taking phone calls, keeping the kitchen in order and inventory ordering.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field or 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with SAGE is a benefit (not essential).
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Brilliant organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
