**Accounts Officer**

Globe 24-7 is actively seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Accounts Officer to join our growing team in Perth.

**The Role**:
This crucial role supports the Finance Manager in various capacities, including managing the day-to-day accounts activities and working with internal clients to facilitate the success of each region and global function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts Receivable.
- Assist with Accounts Payable.
- Follow up on client payment
- Process accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and foreign currency payments.
- Reconciliate corporate credit cards and bank accounts.
- Assist with payroll and tax compliance monthly.
- Manage intercompany transactions.
- Maintain the books and records for all regions.

**About you**:
We want to set you up for success and believe the following is what it takes to be successful in the position:

- Certificate IV in Accounting/Booking, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent is essential
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Ability to work well with competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in an account’s role
- Previous experience using QuickBooks or Xero is essential.
