Working with Transformation and Technology, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to schedule activities in accordance with work plans that optimise time and resource constraints, and meet the needs of all key stakeholders.
**MUST HAVE: Experience acting as a**
**Project Support Officer, or Project Coordinator with expertise in OT (Operational Technology), or SCADA, or Asset Management in the Utilities sector, or Oil & Gas - listed in resume.**
**Duties**
- Provision of Project Server support to Project Managers, maintaining registers and attributes
- Creation and maintenance of project schedules in MS Project/Project Server
- Advise on compliance and requirements for the B&T PMO to Project / Program Managers and assist PMs in meeting requirements
- Provide support to the Review process, working with PMO Analysts to ensure projects successfully gate on time
- Assist with identifying, logging and tracking project risks and issues
- Track project documentation and maintain the project document library, ensuring documents are named and stored according to the B&T Document Management Guidelines
- Maintain the project's Deliverables Matrix and RASCI
- Work with the IT Resource Analyst and Resource Managers to assist with the on and off boarding process for project team members, including organising desks and equipment
- Take minutes for project team meetings, steering committee meetings and other project related meetings as required
- Assist with the production of monthly project status reports
**MUST HAVES**
- Minimum 5 years of full time work
- **Acted as Project Suport officer / Project coordinator with expertise in OT (Operational Technology), or SCADA, or Asset Management in the Utilities sector, or Oil & Gas**:
- Experience working in project coordination or management on a range of technology projects with budgets up to $10m+
- Advanced time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Intermediate knowledge of project management lifecycles, competencies and development methodologies
- Intermediate financial tracking and reconciliation skills
- Intermediate experience of stakeholder management and coordination
- Intermediate influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate presentation and facilitation skills
- Intermediate decision making and adaptability skills
- Basic understanding of financial management and accounting processes
- Basic understanding of resource planning and capacity management
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile.
