**Our Client**
Our client is a privately held development group who have been in operation for over 40 years, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector. With a focus on develop-to-hold, they currently have a national portfolio of circa $2.5b with strong scope for growth in Victoria. To support this growth they are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Development Director, this is an excellent opportunity to work under the leadership and guidance of a proven senior mentor. You will gain broad exposure to the full development lifecycle and will particularly be involved in front-end activities. Key task will include feasibility analysis, tenant enquiry, lease negotiation and transaction management, design and town planning. Strong commercial acumen combined with an ability to build rapport and manage a diverse range of consultants will be critical to your success.
