**About the Role**:
We are looking for an Assistant Asset Manager to join our Asset Strategy team at Development Victoria. This role will provide asset management and property management services as well as administrative assistance for the asset strategy portfolio and will assist with strategic advice in order to ensure optimal outcomes for all assets. This role will have exposure to and work closely with stakeholders from a number of different areas across the organisation, including our finance and legal teams, as well as our delivery teams.

**About You**:

- You have experience managing commercial, industrial or retail assets (non-residential assets)
- You enjoy working in a flexible and collaborative team environment
- You have exceptional organisational and time management skills
- You have great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You have knowledge of current property legislation
- You are experienced using Microsoft Office products such as outlook.
- You have the tertiary qualifications to support your experience - in Property, Real Estate or other related disciplines. (Agents Representative Registration will be highly regarded)
- You’re known for your ability to work as part of a team - collaborative, engaging and influential
- You are interested in a role that will provide you exposure to some of Victoria’s largest and most diverse projects
