About the Role

As an Assistant Development Manager, you’ll work closely with Senior Development Managers to deliver projects that meet cash flow and profit benchmarks. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects that directly improve the lives of residents in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in project delivery across financial performance, contract management, and approvals.
- Support budgeting, reporting, risk assessment, and cash flow management.
- Award and administer contracts to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

What You’ll Bring:

- Relevant experience in property development or a related field, supported by a degree.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build effective relationships.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively.
