- Reference My client is a leading national manufacturer and roll former of Colorbond® roofing materials, structural steel and home improvement products with over 25 branches Australia-wide. They are seeking a well-spoken and confident Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. This role requires a confident and professional communication style, as well as the ability to effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.

**Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + super**

**Full time - Monday to Friday**

**Office Location: Richlands, Brisbane**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receiving all inbound/outbound calls, ensuring each call is resolved in a timely manner
- Order Acknowledgement to customer regarding Order receival

Ensure orders are prioritised and sent to DMS
- Checking and releasing of orders, to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Matching work orders and labels for production to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Assist in the processing of orders where required
- Raising customer quotes and adhering to turnaround times
- Liaise with external sales reps with regards to potential sales leads and the general co-ordination of their account customers.
- Liaise and co-ordinate orders for all customers ensuring any anomalies are notified

Ensure phone is answered promptly within 3 rings.
- Assist with Training of new staff
- Liaising with suppliers regarding purchase orders
- Releasing Purchase orders

Liaising with branches for intercompany order and deliveries
- Daily Handover of work at end of shifts
- Working with transport with Booking sheet and deliveries

Display strong oral and written communication skills

Flashings program inputting data into system for production
- Satisfy customer needs for the benefit of both the customer and Metroll in a timely manner
- Plan to succeed
- Liaise with Production & Transport as required for the manufacture and delivery of product.
- Taking Payments via Phone Calls
- Using EFPTOS terminal
- Converting Quotes to orders

High level of customer service, assist manning the reception desk when required, meeting and greeting customers/visitors.
- Answering the telephone in a timely manner
- Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
- General Administration Duties as required

- Minimum 2-5 years Customer Service Experience
- Alpha/Numeric Keyboard Skills
- Flexibility
- Eye for Detail
- Willingness to Learn other facets of our Business
- Basic knowledge of Power Point, Office, Excel and Windows.
- Knowledge of the Pronto System
- Knowledge of Doc Flow System
