We’re looking for an experienced and confident Quality professional to manage the Quality Systems team who support the broader organisation with best practice in documentation, providing the right quality information to the right people at the right time. This is achieved by constantly improving the processes and systems related to quality signals, including product quality reviews, KPI Analysis and data management for various Lifeblood forums, to drive best practice across the organisation enabling improved outcomes with respect to quality.

In conjunction with the above you will also be responsible for Quality Risk Management at Lifeblood. You will utilise Quality Risk Management to improve Quality Systems and to ensure commensurate effort is afforded to Quality issues, and that the broader organisation adopt Quality Risk Management philosophies.

In depth experience working in a Quality Management role within a regulated environment.

Demonstrated experience in successfully developing, implementing and improving effective quality management processes within a highly regulated environment

Proven experience in Quality Risk Management

Relevant tertiary qualification, in a scientific, technical or related field and experience working with ICH Q9 and ISO 14971 guidelines

Proven ability to build effective relationships and understand, manage and influence people at all levels of the organisation

Demonstrated leadership competencies and successful team management experience

Experience in supporting organisational change programs at a management position

This permanent full-time role forms part of the Quality Leadership team and will ideally be based in Melbourne but there is flexibility on this. We operate a hybrid work from home and office model.
