**Our client is a highly successful, innovative service and asset operator using their extensive expertise in contract management, systems, infrastructure, finance, WH&S, and risk management. They are looking for an experienced WHS, quality and enterprise risk management professional to join their team to provide high level advice and support regarding all WHS, quality, enterprise risk management and compliance matters.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The purpose of this permanent full-time position is to provide strategic and operational advice, support and reporting on all WHS, quality, risk and compliance matters.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Develop and deploy WHS, Quality and Enterprise Risk Management systems, policies and procedures that support business operations and are aligned to the relevant ISO standards as well as stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Provide high level advice and support on WHS, Quality and Enterprise Risk Management to the leadership team and functional/asset managers to enable them to meet their WHS, Quality and Risk Management responsibilities and obligations.
- Maintain WHS, Quality and Risk Management reporting to board/relevant authorities.
- Support the delivery of key sustainability and environment activities across the business to grow business value and shareholder return.
- Coordinate the development and deployment of environment systems, frameworks and policies for principal contractors.
- Undertake regular review, auditing and analysis of key sustainability activities across the business and identify areas of improvement.
- Establish and maintain Emergency Management / Business Continuity plans.
- Undertake appropriate internal audits of service providers.
- Provide advice and undertake regular reviews with risk owners to ensure that they have effective internal controls and are identifying and delivering management actions across the Group’s risk management framework.
- Provide direction and support in relation to the administration, identification, measurement, control and review of strategic and operational risk registers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS/Risk Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in development and deployment of WHS, Quality, and Enterprise Risk Management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate in the external and internal environments.
- Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and communications in diverse, internal and external environments.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, incident management, undertaking complex investigations and preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
