**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for an experienced **Recruitment & Mobilisation Advisor** to join our growing team in Perth's Southern Suburbs.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment services across blue-collar portfolios—with **around 60% of your time dedicated to mobilisation**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage high-volume blue-collar recruitment from advertising to onboarding
- Coordinate all mobilisation requirements: online inductions, medicals, site access, and travel
- Liaise with Resources Manager and Projects team to align staffing needs with project timelines
- Build strong relationships with external partners
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the mobilisation and recruitment process
- Contribute to process improvements and sourcing strategies

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment and mobilisation (ideally in mining and/or civil construction industries)
- Strong background in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment
- Experience coordinating mobilisation logistics and onboarding for remote sites
- Solid skills using ATS tools (JobAdder preferred), Microsoft Office & workflow systems
- Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
- HRIS knowledge is a bonus
