Our Client, Coast2Bay Housing Group is a dynamic award winning community housing provider managing over 1000 community and affordable housing tenancies across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions with offices located in Maroochydore, Nambour and Caboolture. This role will work across both regions.

The role of the Tenancy Manager is to work collaboratively with the Asset Management and Client Services and Administration Teams to efficiently manage a portfolio providing excellent service that ensures a positive tenant experience including connecting tenants with communities and facilitating support as required to maintain their tenancies.

**The Tenancy Manager's primary focus is**:

- allocating housing in accordance with C2B policies and procedures.
- managing tenancies in accordance with C2B Tenancy Pathway Planning Framework and overall policies and procedures;
- resolving issues and concerns raised by tenants with respect and consideration;
- managing annual rent assessments and daily rent arrears; and.
- issuing relevant notices under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (RTRAA 2008)
