Our Client, Purpose Real Estate is a dynamic team of award-winning property management & sales professionals covering the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions with offices located in Nambour and Tewantin. This role will be predominately based in the Tewantin office.

The role of the Property Manager is to oversee the daily operations of real estate investments, including maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. This is a part-time role consisting of approximately 32 hours per week.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Managing landlords and tenants;
- Conduct in going and outgoing inspections;
- Manage rent arrears;
- Organising repairs and maintenance;
- Ensuring data entry using Console Cloud or similar database;
- Contributing to service planning and development;
- Receipting and trust accounting;
- Updating and providing management with required reports within specific time frames;
- Resolving issues and concerns raised by tenants with respect and consideration;
- Liaising with tenants and landlords on a regular basis;
- Maintaining tenancy records including updating electronic files;
- Following procedures for dealing with tenancy disputes as developed by PRE and the Residential Tenancies and Rooming accommodation Act 2008;

**To be successful for this role you must hold a current Real Estate Certificate and National Police Certificate.**
