Property Network of Australia Facilities Manager to support the operational readiness and ongoing management of a newly constructed medical asset on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of operational plans, procedures, and compliance documentation ahead of Practical Completion.
  • Coordinate multiple tenant fitouts simultaneously, ensuring a smooth post-PC transition.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and tenants throughout delivery and beyond.
  • Provide support across the broader portfolio, including CAPEX project oversight and continuous improvement of FM services.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and enhancing internal FM processes.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in new asset mobilisation, including operational setup and service planning.
  • Strong track record in tenancy coordination, ideally across multiple concurrent fitouts.
  • Exposure to managing healthcare or medical properties (desirable).
  • Green Star building experience (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
