We are on the hunt for a Property Management Superstar to start within the

next month

We are nestled in the heart of Woombye on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Century 21 Living Local has been established for over 25 years and is part

of one of the most recognised real estate brands in the world.

We are a friendly, progressive and fast moving real estate team with a

thriving property management portfolio which is expanding..

Our superstar should be a great communicator with excellent customer

service, tech savvy with intermediate computer knowledge, great at time

management, well presented and enjoys working independently and as

part of a team who are supportive and helpful. An understanding of trust

accounting is preferred but not essential.

Your portfolio would be approximately 100 properties, and this is a full-time

position. Once the probation period is over, the position will turn into a 9 ½

day fortnight - giving you a great work/life balance.

Your role with us will include but is not limited to:
Conducting property inspections entries/exits/routines

Computer and administrative work

Leasing

Maintenance

There are a few attributes we need our superstar to have and they are:
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration

Property management experience

Current Driver’s License

An in depth understanding of the Residential Tenancy & Rooming

Accommodation Act

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine Coast, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
