**About the role**:
**Wangara Kia & Suzuki **is currently seeking an experienced
**New Car Sales Consultant** to join our sales team

Wangara Kia & Suzuki is one of the highest volume selling Dealerships in WA. Winners of the 2020 WA KIA Dealer of the year Award shows that our state of the art building and servicing facilities provide customers with exceptional and convenient service throughout their vehicle’s service lifetime.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- A genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

**About you**:
If you are a highly motivated - driven individual with exceptional customer service and a passion for finding a customer’s dream car, we want you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate sales people or who have a customer service background are more than welcomed.

You will ideally possess:

- Car Sales experience
- Must be motivated and driven
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
