**New Car Sales Manager**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal this role will be responsible for the overall management of the New Car Sales Department ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable. You will also be responsible for maintaining good employee and client relations whilst operating within ethical guidelines and in line with our company values.

**Duties in this role include**:

- Motivate and lead the sales team
- Establish and manage sales systems that includes effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs
- Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
- Ensure that all sales objectives are achieved and full compliance with dealer standards
- Contribute to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance and aftercare products

**About you**:
Previous experience in a managerial automotive sales role would be highly advantageous. However, this role would also suit an experienced 2IC ready to make the next step in their career.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience in an Automotive Sales Management role (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in new vehicle sales
- Willingness to maintain superior knowledge of applicable brands and products
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and performing in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid/ be willing to obtain a Yard Manager’s Licence
- Manual Drivers Licence
