**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have a rare opportunity for an energetic sales superstar to join our dynamic team as a leasing sales consultant. This busy, phone-based role is responsible for sales of our quality novated lease products to both existing and prospective clients. You’ll receive a base salary but will be motivated by our uncapped and highly rewarding results-based commission structure.
Your days will be varied and see you managing the entire process including:
- Building rapport with both existing and prospective clients,
- Identifying, and nurturing sales opportunities through to conversion and account maximisation
- Actively responding to and qualifying, quality inbound leads
- Providing advice and promoting the benefits of Novated leasing including presenting to employees and employers.
- Assisting customers with the selection, sourcing and financing of vehicles
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
To be considered, you will:
- Have a driven and motivated approach to achieving results
- Genuine passion to not only meet but regularly exceed KPIs and targets
- Effective communication and selling style, able to adapt to a broad range of clients
- Confident approach to building rapport and building effective long-term customer relationships
- Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
- Dedicated and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Can do attitude
- Resilient and hard working
- Possess great problem solving and organisational skills
- Confident IT skills including MS Office, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Teams and Zoom
Whilst not essential, experience in automotive, fleet, finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
