**Job Description**:
We are seeking an HR professional that shares our passion for creating a seamless employee experience to join our HR Operations team as a HR Coordinator where you'll be reporting to the HR Operations Team Lead, APAC. The position is primarily located in Macquarie Park, NSW with a flexible hybrid working from home arrangement available.
You'll make a real lasting impact in a fast-moving, supportive environment using your fantastic communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills to support our 1000 employees on all HR Operational matters including HR system (Workday) support, HR policy and program enquiries, as well as leading and driving impactful projects.
In the HR Operations team, we believe that the employee experience is at the heart of everything we do. We aim to deliver value by providing an excellent and seamless service for all employees right through from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. Full training will be provided.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Support and maintain employee benefits and recognition programs
- Ensure the integrity of all employee records and data in our HR system (Workday)
- Lead and support a wide range of people programs, such as hosting Induction for new starters, evolving our Australia Employee Hub portal, and administering the reward and recognition program.
- Improve the employee experience and collaborate closely with colleagues across the whole HR team, from TA to HR Business Partners.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including the preparation of reports, employee communication and employment contracts
- Manage the administration of employee on-boarding including pre-employment checks and assessments
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process to improve core HR processes
- Recent graduate in HR, business or a related discipline
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to come up with solutions for time-sensitive matters
- A strong focus on providing a seamless employee experience, with the ability to balance the needs of the business and the employees while maintaining compliance.
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- A willingness to learn HRIS systems

Bachelors - Human Resources Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience
1 - 3 years
