**Your new role**

Collaborating with the broader professional staffing teams to support the delivery of required HR project outcomes, will abide by college policy and procedure and perform all reasonable duties requested by the leadership team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

This is a position for a Human Resources Professional who can come in and hit the ground running operationally. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence in accountability to deliver membership** **to the Executive Team and Peers. You will promote and support a positive organisational culture by maintaining effective working relationships and communicating effectively with employees, students, parents and visitors.
