**The Role Recipe**
- Support the GM of Marketing, Digital and Innovation by establishing strategic seasonal marketing campaigns incorporating relevant research and data from multiple sources to drive sales and ROI.
- Activate end to end marketing campaign management across all channels (Offline and Online Channels)
- Owning and maintaining the marketing calendar across all channels including all other departments.
- Build collaborative relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement
- Attending meetings, relaying Campaign plans and capturing any key changes in activity
- Assessing and refining campaigns recommendations and presenting this back to GM Marketing, Digital and Innovation and other stakeholders
- Develop and manage plan for campaign launches in national calendar
- Liaise directly with suppliers on supplier funded campaigns and support their plans by making it Schnitz friendly
- Managing budgets allocated to each event, keeping track of spending and processing invoices.
- Work with the NPD department to ensure plans and documents are in place and written for stage and gate processes.

**Key Ingredients**
- Marketing/Business Degree
- 4+ years working in a marketing management role
- Ability to multi
- task and manager multiple projects
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage teams
- Flexible and able to adapt to the changing retail environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to successfully work autonomously, in a team and to successfully collaborate with stakeholders
