Our school staff are passionate about providing outstanding opportunities to engage students and strengthen their academic development at all levels. **As the Coach (Pedagogy), you will**: - collect and use data on teaching and learning in the school to inform strategic actions; - work with Heads of Departments and teachers to ensure curriculum alignment; - ead and coordinate coaching of classroom teachers in literacy and digital pedagogy; - model the use of the Essential Skills for Classroom Management; - model the use of, and coordinate coaching of classroom teachers, in the school's pedagogical approaches; - strategically determine areas for professional development; - develop internal professional development opportunities to address staff and student needs; - build teachers' capacity to use data to inform pedagogy in their classrooms. **Teaching in Queensland**: The department is responsible for the delivery of quality education services to all Queensland students in state schools and recognises teachers and their commitment to teaching through a range of rewards and benefits.
