**As the Coach (Pedagogy), you will**:
- collect and use data on teaching and learning in the school to inform strategic actions;
- work with Heads of Departments and teachers to ensure curriculum alignment;
- ead and coordinate coaching of classroom teachers in literacy and digital pedagogy;
- model the use of the Essential Skills for Classroom Management;
- model the use of, and coordinate coaching of classroom teachers, in the school's pedagogical approaches;
- strategically determine areas for professional development;
- develop internal professional development opportunities to address staff and student needs;
- build teachers' capacity to use data to inform pedagogy in their classrooms.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
