Thrilled to announce our partnership with **CBHS Health Fund** in search of their next Marketing Specialist. You'll be responsible for creating outstanding communications for the 270,000+ CBHS Group members in their community, across a variety of digital comms and campaigns.

**The Role**: As a Marketing Specialist - Communications, you'll take centre stage in crafting communication strategies that resonate. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Communications, your role is pivotal. Your strategic prowess will shine as you develop integrated programs based on data insights, delivering superior customer experiences. Experimenting with test and learn strategies will be your forte, driving efficiency without compromising their member-centric approach. You'll collaborate seamlessly within project teams, elevating CBHS' Group initiatives through your communication craft.

To excel in this role, you'll bring a rich blend of skills:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record with 4-6+ years in B2B/B2C marketing or accounts with strong Copywriting delivery.
- Proficiency in workflow and approvals platforms.
- An innate ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing complex member/customer communications.
- Collaboration as a core strength, driving optimal outcomes through teamwork.
- Adept at coordinating design and technical providers.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to convey your ideas effectively.
