**Opportunity snapshot**

The purpose of this role is to design, coordinate and execute communication & engagement activities required to bring Bupa’s Data Transformation journey and new ways of working to life.

The Communications Specialist will work closely with Change squad, Product Owners and Agile Release Train to support the implementation of a clear and integrated change and communication program, designed to ensure our people are informed of and engaged with key initiatives. They will play a key role in ensuring any impacts are understood and planned for, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal change and communication execution and integration.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Design and execute the Enterprise Narrative for the Data Program through storytelling using creative design toolkit (ie Adobe creative suite, Captivate) and multi media channels (ie videography, podcasts)
- Design Executive communications inc. Steering committee updates, presentations backs and ability to ‘visualise’ key messages
- Work collaboratively as part of the change squad and with relevant stakeholders to create and deliver change and communication solutions that are innovative, fit for purpose, and build the capability and engagement required for our people to achieve required outcomes
- Develop, execute, and evaluate communications plans that are tailored to suit various audiences and purposes
- Execute the delivery and evaluation of multiple change management and communication initiatives concurrently
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and meet requirements
- Measure and report on performance against milestones, and effectively manage risks and monitor issues
- Effectively identify and manage change and communication risks and issues
- Bring thought leadership and innovation to the change and communication design process, challenging traditional practice and supporting the business in building capability
- Participate in applicable business forums, ensuring awareness of and rapid response to new and changing priorities.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive professional experience in communications and organisational change management or similar field
- Experience in project communications
- Demonstrated ability to design strategic communications using storytelling and creative comms as agile delivery framework
- Sound ability to translate the complex into simple succinct messaging within a digital and data driven organisation
