Your role sits within our MMSG Brand and Employee Communications team. Comprising Communications Specialists and Graphic Designers, it’s your job to help make the lives of our customers, and our team members, easier. The role will focus on promoting and celebrating our company Maxxia as well as other businesses with the MMS group.

The Role

As one of the Communications Specialist/Copywriters, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, empathetic, engaging and compelling communications across a variety of mediums including web, social, internal, long-form content, campaigns and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign creation
- Contribute to the management of the company Intranet, newsletters and social media app.
- Take briefs from key stakeholders and deliver exceptional communications solutions with a focus on the customer’s needs and the product benefits
- Managing time and timelines to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
- Listening and learning; teaching and sharing; smiling and waving; fitting in and having fun
- Other reasonable tasks as directed by the Head of Brand and Employee Communications
- Operations Communications - issue comms / End of FBT Year Comms (It’s ok, training is provided).

You will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in a communications and/or marketing communications, copywriting role with a particular focus on the development, production and delivery of internal & external communications
- Experience in developing and implementing customer e-communications
- Formal Communications qualifications required
