We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the **HR Business Partner**supporting our Samsung Retail Stores and leadership team, with some support across shared HR group and Nike projects within our **Brighton Support Office** on a full time basis.

**The role**:
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Partner with Retail Operations Teams and Leaders to understand business objectives and support in translating them into HR strategies and initiatives
- Partner and support Retail Operations team by enhancing data, analytics, tools, templates and resources to support leaders to build and develop high performance teams
- Support retail operations in workforce planning, including analyzing staffing needs, identifying skill gaps, and recommending strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Overseeing tools, systems and processes that support strong internal development and succession, onboarding, induction, performance and change management.
- Prepare HR reports, presentation and analysis of people analytics to identify key business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with the recruitment team with proactive and innovative ways of attracting leadership roles as required
- Utilise and provide expertise across Retailors behavioural assessment tools, understanding the importance of ideal behavioural competencies for each role and how to use this tool to support ongoing coaching, development and business relationships
- Provide leadership and advice across all areas of the Human Resource operations to assist all facets of the business in undertaking and implementing HR processes; including but not limited to, disciplinary processes, policy interpretation and award interpretation.
- Support internal work health and safety matters as they arise, by ensuring the appropriate processes are adhered to
- Support and promote organisational culture and assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance culture in line with organisational blueprint.
- Support the development, implementation and effectiveness of the relevant HRIS systems and processes
- Support policy roll out, change management, and training initiatives.
- Lead engagement survey processes, determine trends and implement appropriate action
- Manage the exit interview process, determine trends and implement appropriate actions
- Work with the HR team and Manager on key people and culture initiatives to drive change and exceptional people experiences
**To be successful in this role you have**:
- A minimum 3 years experience in a HR Generalist role with demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive organisational change and develop strong people strategies for retention and high performance.
- Customer focused attitude and a passion for people growth, development and success
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills; across multiple levels and functions, both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a discreet manner and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and prioritise workload accordingly
- Works collaboratively as a team player and independently
- Experience with the retail industry would be well regarded but is not mandatory.
- A strong understanding of Human Resource activities across the employee life cycle including legal compliance and associated HR legislative requirements.
- An understanding of business challenges and operations.
