**The Role**:

- A fast paced **Customer Service position** that will see you excelling in the following duties; inbound/outbound calls to customers/suppliers/installers, scheduling daily installation runs, general administrative work/data entry, contributing ideas to customer service team and management.

**You are**:

- A hardworking and reliable person that is looking to contribute and be rewarded in this long-term proposition
- Have had proven **experience in a customer service team** - some **exposure to scheduling** would be preferrable
- Microsoft Office proficient - **Use Outlook, Excel & Word in this role**:

- A great communicator - this skill is paramount to being succesful in this position
- A positive and patient attitude a must - look at issues or problems as opportunities
