**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**
Our client is a multi-awarding winning Australian food manufacturing business with decades of experience and a household Australian name. As they continue to grow they are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join their Customer Service team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Customer Service Consultant you will be at the forefront of our client's growth. Engaging in both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers receive not just a service, but an experience that exceeds expectations.

**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**
- Execute daily telecall cycle with precision and accuracy, processing customer orders promptly;
- Utilize questioning techniques to understand customer needs, facilitating effective inbound and outbound sales closure;
- Skilfully handle and resolve customer complaints, turning challenges into opportunities;
- Direct prospective customers seamlessly to the field sales team when necessary;
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the reputation of this beloved Australian brand;
- Quickly learn about products and services, effectively conveying information to prospective customers;
- Actively promote special product offerings to customers;
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telesales or inbound/outbound sales position;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive customer interactions;
- Industry experience in FMCG or wholesale food production is highly advantageous;
- Have a can-do attitude, take initiative and be a natural relationship builder;
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
- Meticulous attention to detail.
