**What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**

Ready to get to work? As a Customer Champion in our Happiness Team, you'll own & execute a variety of customer-driven activities that contribute to our continued success.
- Be the first point of contact for customers to help them celebrate & organise their new purchases
- Assist customers with how to use their new products & help them get the most out of the many features and benefits
- Update the delivery process as it moves through the system, ensuring that the customer gets the most accurate & up to date information.
- Contribute to our welcoming & fun team culture by participating in regular team activities

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of our amazing products & the customers we serve.
- You are empathetic & care about your customers & their well being
- You are a great listener & actively listen for how you can help a customer
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage, influence & collaborate

- You can communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, & business partners.
- You have a very keen eye for detail & work towards excellence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
