Role Title: HR Administrator
Type: Temporary Assignment, potential for extension
Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Rate: $30 - $35 per hour + super (pending experience)
Location: Cardiff

**Your new company**
Hays currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a HR team on a temporary basis. Our client works within the Aged Care sector, located in Cardiff.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Completing compliance checks for new and existing employees
- Contracts preparation
- Providing excellent service to key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively to support the HR Team
- Assist with creation of advertisements that accurately reflect position descriptions
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and data
- Responsible for ad-hoc administration duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in Human Resources field
- Strong administration skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good technical skills
- Great at working collaboratively, in a team environment
- Initiative and a proactive attitude
- Covid-19 Vaccination is a requirement for this role
