Main responsibilities include:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and exit
- Be the first point of contact for all employees for HR related matters; employment terms and contracts, conditions and policies, leave entitlements and information updating
- Develop new HR policies, processes and systems to build a strong framework to support organisational goals and growth
- Actively participate in the continuous review and improvement of all HR administration processes and workflows to enhance efficiencies and service delivery standards.
- Ensure HR policies and records are compliant and up-to-date at all times
- Provide assistance in the preparation and delivery of any Performance matter, Disciplinary matter or general HR process
- Co-ordinate all training sessions and manage training administration
- Work on adhoc HR projects time to time in line with business requirements
- Generation of HR reports

To be successful, you need:

- Relevant qualifications and/or willingness to obtain relevant HR qualifications
- Proven experience in general HR function for at least 3 years
- A demonstrated ability to contribute to policy development
- Demonstrated experience in payroll and timesheet management
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain internal & external relationships
- Retail background advantageous

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Macquarie Park, NSW 2113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
