This is a great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor or HR Manager to step into a People & Culture leadership role within a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality business. Having a passion for the industry is a definite plus, it’s important to us that you love what you do

Reporting to our approachable & down to earth General Manager, Danielle you will also work closely with our amazing HR Advisor, Molly who is based in Melbourne and comes with almost 20 years in the recruitment industry

**The Role & Benefits**

***Human Resources Manager

Full-time, hybrid role (let’s chat about what works for you)
Remuneration: $130,000-$150,000 + 10.5% Superannuation + phone allowance + transport allowance + free parking. Up to $165,000 TRP.

Our office is located at Moore Park, you will recieve free car parking or is also a 10 minute walk to the light rail. Our office is relocating to a great space in Alexandria in the coming few months.
Responsible for the entire HR function, with one HR advisor direct report, with a head count of 200 employees across NSW & VIC.
You will be stepping into a role where staff turnover is at an all time low of 4% (when you get to know our management team, employees and culture strategy you’ll know why)
Refreshing autonomy, support & trust (& fun)
A passionate, intelligent and vibrant management and exec team

Paid travel to Melbourne every few months to connect with the VIC team

**What you'll be doing**
- HR strategy and projects
- Talent Acquisition and onboarding
- Learning and Development
- Employee Relations / Industrial Relations
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Leading the HR team
- Payroll administration (you'll be coordinating with our Payroll Manager based in Melbourne)

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years generalist HR experience
- Strong leadership & management abilities
- Knowledge of Human Resource legislative and statutory requirement and principles, including industry awards
- Highly developed communication and people skills
- IT savvy and continuous improvement focused
- Excellent attention to detail in HR administration and reporting
- Previous experience in an autonomous role
- Ability to work well withpeople at all levels
- Self-motivated and passionate about the success of the organisation through its people
- A team player and willing to flex across the team as and when required
- Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation and industrial relations
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that will give you the opportunity to cover all HR generalist areas and act as a true People & Culture ambassador.
