**Globe Trade Pty Ltd** is seeking a dedicated full-time **Marketing Specialist** to strengthen our local and national presence. This role is pivotal in promoting our brand, showcasing project excellence, and driving customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives that reflect our diverse services in **stone, tiles, mosaics, and custom finishes**.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to our products, services, and market segments.
- Coordinate content creation—including imagery and copy—for case studies, project portfolios, and blog features.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activity, industry trends, and customer behaviour.
- Oversee community engagement, customer reviews, and targeted advertising campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the **construction, design, or services industries**.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to visual presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- A proactive, collaborative approach—comfortable working closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
