Located in the inner Western suburbs of Adelaide, they are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team in a permanent capacity.

**Your new role**
As the Marketing Specialist you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and be a key contributor in the creation and delivery of marketing plans and strategies. You will deliver positive customer experiences and execute plans to drive growth, retention, and support to all brands trading under The Polygon Group.

You will demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to tasks. With a sound understanding of planning and strategic direction, you will create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events in line with Polygon's target markets, brands and market position.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Tertiary education in marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in B2C & B2B marketing and content creation
- Shown practice managing social media, Facebook & Google advertising and automated marketing platforms including developing and managing direct marketing plans
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage marketing tasks for the delivery of campaigns, digital advertising, retail marketing and events
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with stakeholder management across multiple levels with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- The ability to organise workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite
