This is an exclusive role for a Change Lead to report to the Head of Business Transformation and manage a team of 4 Change Delivery professionals across a large, multi-year Transformation impacting People, Products, Processes and Systems. With focus a huge focus on the people stream, you will lead a change team to deliver the people experience strategy for the overall Business Transformation project.

You will be joining a Change Practice who are highly collaborative and love to share best practice change ideas, frameworks and methodologies. They have a strong community and are looking for someone who is similar in nature and loves playing a part and adding value to a Change Practice and uplifting other Change professionals.

This is a holistic business transformation in which we are re-imagining, re-building and simplifying our business products and processes for the future, with the customer at the heart of the re-design.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Developing the Change Strategy and Approach for the program to ensure employees impacted will be ready, willing, and able to support customers in their new environment, products, and associated changes to technology.
- Leading the People Stream to ensure the Transformation Program People Stream delivers a connected and aligned experience for people across the people stream disciplines (Change, Communications & Learning & Development), laterally leading across Learning & Development and Communications.
- Contributing towards change management maturity and capability through design and delivery of content to support divisional change leader plans and programs, whilst actively partnering and coaching the project team and project sponsors on change management.

**Important to your success**:

- Experience managing enterprise scale and complex change programs and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with an ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution as required.
