**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Product & Strategy, the Strategy & Transformation lead plays a critical role in shaping Doctors Health Fund's pursuit of ogranisational excellence with a strong focus on how we deliver our project initiatives, drive change culture, design, form and lead the transformation function.
The role will have a strong focus on people, change and culture, fostering strong relationships and effectively partnering with our group functions to provide institutional support in line with Doctors Health Fund's business and strategic objectives.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Build and lead a high performing team of specialists to enable agility in the business, and design business architecture in line with Doctors Health Fund strategic objectives with a people-centric design:
- Leadership of Strategy & Transformation team, including project managers, change consultants, business analysts and ensuring delivery to business is timely, compliant and relevant
- Lead project team and coordinate effort and activities, including performance management
- Providing coaching and knowledge sharing to achieve career development longevity
- Encourage and enable professional development across team
- Introduce L&D component to projects, responsible for ensuring effective communication practice
- Point of escalation for any project related queries/concerns
- Participate in people leadership forums, leadership development and team effectiveness interventions
Design and Implementation of Transformation Project Portfolio
- Act as a key orchestrator to deliver Doctors Health Fund wide transformation programs
- Working collaboratively with teams across Doctors Health Fund, to develop a systematised view of the portfolio by slicing data based on the needs of stakeholders, ensuring insights and trends are derived to support decision making and instigate action
- Partnership with Doctors Health Fund and group functions (including but not limited to GTS, PMO, Finance and People Culture) to drive accountability in delivering transformational change
- Lead the process of developing outcome-focused goals and metrics, clear milestones and work plans
- Diagnose business needs, and design, develop and execute effective organisational development solutions to enable business strategy execution
- Prioritise initiative delivery plans, dependencies, alignment and sequencing requirements to achieve optimal outcomes
- Implement a change culture by providing change management governance oversight to ensure the people aspects of the change are appropriately considered
- Develop and communicate business cases to inspire change to senior and executive leadership
- Manage a range and variety of projects simultaneously across Doctors Health Fund
Design and Management of Strategic Framework:
- In collaboration with the Doctors Health Fund Executive and Senior Leadership teams, design and develop strategy plans including relevant artefacts, communications and briefings
- Analyse and interpret external and internal data to develop strategies and recommendations
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for efficiencies and synergies across Doctors Health Fund's strategic initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor, having a sound understanding of market needs and directions, business unit goals and activities, as well as providing strategic advice to the wider teams
- Lead the process of developing outcome-focused goals, clear milestones and work plans in conjunction with Transformation function
- Facilitating strategy workshops, and educating the business on Doctors Health Fund strategy, including engaging third parties for facilitation and consultation
- Prepare accurate and relevant strategic plans, schedules, briefings and reports to inform executive decision making, strategic planning process and alignment of strategy to business requirements
- Curation of business plans and Board papers for the purpose of presenting and documenting Doctors Health Fund strategy
Partnership with the group functions to drive accountability in delivering transformational changes; work closely with others to influence and help accelerate change
