- About the roleThe Head of Distribution Transformation & Delivery will be responsible for the evolution of our infrastructure and framework to support all key functions and strategies of the Distribution & Deal Management team in Australia and New Zealand.

This role will help drive all Core initiatives within the team including all frameworks within Distribution & Deal Management to ensure consistency of delivery, suitable governance, disciplines and control’s and lead indicator KPI’s to ensure delivery of all strategies and plans.

Reporting into the Chief Distribution & Deal Management Officer and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for Distribution, this role is a leadership position driving results, revenue, transformation and change across, Broker, Customer, financial and operations.
- Important to your success- Highly developed insurance knowledge of underwriting Global Corporate, SME and Mid Market business, relevant Legislation and Regulations governing General Insurance- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or Post-graduate qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a broad business market facing role within the General Insurance market
- Demonstrated track record of growing a business and delivering change in a complex insurance environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on strategic plans and company initiatives
- Experience in advising and interacting at a senior level, coupled with strong relationship management
- Strong experience in Project management
- Demonstrated experience in influencing, leading and managing distribution teams to achieve strategic plans and P&L results
